A tool we built for ourselves. Now it's yours too.
No big launch, no grand mission statement. Freqo is simply the analytics we wanted for our own work, cleaned up so others can use it.
Where it started
We're HSLP Labs, a small studio in Nantes, France. We make websites, mobile apps and games. Like everyone, we needed to know how our sites were doing: how many people came, from where, and what they looked at.
What bothered us
The usual tools left us with two bad options. Either follow visitors around the web, or show a cookie banner and watch everyone who clicked “Refuse” disappear from our stats. Our numbers were either invasive or wrong.
So we built Freqo
Freqo counts every visit anonymously, with no cookie and no stored IP address. When a visitor agrees, it goes a little further. Visitor data is hosted in Switzerland. We use it on our own projects, and it does exactly what we needed.
Why we're sharing it
Because it works, and we think others have the same problem. The price is kept low: enough to pay for the servers and keep improving it. And when you write to us, you get an answer from the people who build it.
Simple
One line to install. One page of numbers you actually read.
Honest
Real numbers, no tracking across sites, no data resold. Ever.
Close
A small team you can reach. Your feedback shapes what we build next.
